Megan Bagley | Billy Jean Fletcher

is returning for her SIXTH season with Pickleville Playhouse. After three wonderful summers and two fun Christmas shows, she is back on board this summer playing the role of Billy, a role she initially created during her first PVP season.  Megan has grown up dancing, singing and performing in various groups, but the musicals have been her favorite. Some of her favorite roles include Millie Dillmount in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Peter Panin Peter Pan: the Musical, Holly in Santa’s Elves, and of course, being a part of the Bandito sensation in past years. Her most memorable performing experience, however, was singing the National Anthem at a Utah Jazz game. Megan will graduate from Utah State University this December with a degree in Elementary Education. She’d like to thank the Davis family for every opportunity they have given her, as well as her own family for being her biggest fans throughout the years. “Love you more than you know!”

If you were a food item, what would you be and why?
A fruit salad because everyone loves a piece of fresh fruit. And in a fruit salad, there are endless combinations of fruit that can be put together so it never gets old or boring.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An elementary school teacher. It looks like dreams really do come true!

If you could choose any role in any musical or play what would it be?
Probably Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Once again, dreams come true! I would also love to play Belle in Beauty and the Beast.

What's your favorite one liner from "Forever Plaid" or "The Hanging of el Bandito"?
"I should have guessed. You are intimidated by my crumb catcher."

Which famous singer or performer would you like to have lunch with?
Celine Dion. She's amazing.

If you were stranded on an island what one item would be necessary to have?
Fresh water. I would probably die regardless, that would keep me alive long enough to figure out what in the world I would need to do to survive.

How do you eat an Oreo?
I pull the top cookie off and eat that. Then I eat the half with the cream and the cookie.

What super powers do you wish you had?
Selective mind reading. I wouldn't want to know people's thoughts all the time, just selectively. It would be so convenient.

What's the funniest gift you've ever received?
The funniest gift? Probably a stuffed animal puppy. I wanted a puppy so bad for my birthday, but instead of getting a real one, I got a stuffed animal one. That was real funny…for my parents. Haha no, at the time it was not funny, but we joke about it now.

Would Santa Claus say you've been naughty or nice this year? Why?
Nice, of course. The only reason I might have been naughty is because I eat too many desserts. I love chocolate. So much. It's a physically sinful problem.
