CHILD POLICY 

NEW: Babes in arms or children under 3 yrs old will not be permitted in the theatre. Each attendee must have a ticket. While Pickleville encourages families to attend together, children ages 3-5 yrs are strongly discouraged from attending the shows when other arrangements can be made. If you are unable to make other arrangements, we ask that you inform our box office staff at the time of your reservation so that we can find you a seat with easy access to the lobby. We ask that you be courteous to the actors and fellow audience members by coming to the lobby with children who may be fussy or fidgety. All patrons must have a ticket.
Logan vs Salt Lake City Performances

THINGS TO HAVE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL 

1) The number of people in your party separated into: adults and children* (3-11yrs)
2) A Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date and cvv (verification) code.
We cannot accept any other credit cards (ie Discover, Amex etc).

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Salt Lake City Performances: Due to the Grand Theatre box office's official policy, no refunds will be given. No exceptions.
Logan Performances: In order to exchange tickets for a different performance or receive a refund on a cancelled reservation, you must notify the box office of your cancellation at least 7 Days in advance. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 7 Days of the scheduled performance. No exceptions.
HANDLING FEE 

Logan: There is a $4 handling fee added to each reservation made by phone and/or via the internet.
($4 per reservation, not per ticket).
WHEN DO I GET MY TICKETS? 

After you have made your purchase (either online or via telephone), your tickets will be available under your name in the theatre box office on the evening of your performance.
DINNER TIX NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE? 

Dinner tickets go off sale the day before the performance. This does not mean that you can't make dinner reservations, you just can't do it online. Call our box office at (435) 755-0968 and they should be able to make your dinner reservation.
SINGLE SEATS 

When selecting your seats online, please do not leave single seats wherever possible. If you DO leave single seats when selecting your seats you will usually get an error message saying that you have left a single seat. We reserve the right to change your seating selection without permission in cases where single seats can be avoided.
SOLD OUT PERFORMANCES 

Do you ever hold any house seats that are sold last-minute out of the box office?
There are several situations where tickets become available last minute for a performance that is sold out. Also, we do occasionally have a few "house" seats that are held until the day of the show. Call our box office at (435) 755-0968 for info.
