A fast-paced, hilarious Broadway musical full of

mix-ups, mayhem and off-the-wall comedy

As the houselights dim, a quirky musical theatre enthusiast known only as “man in chair” appears on stage to share with the audience his favorite record: the cast recording of a fictitious 1928 musical called The Drowsy Chaperone.  As he listens, the recording comes to life and transforms his dingy apartment into an impressive Broadway production.  He provides a hilarious running commentary throughout the show, which features two lovers on the eve of their wedding, a bumbling best man, a desperate theatre producer, two gangsters posing as pastry chefs, a misguided Don Juan and an intoxicated chaperone.  PIckleville's Drowsy Chaperone is a perfect blend of music, dance and comedy primed to delight audience members of all ages.  Don't miss one of the most entertaining Broadway musicals of our generation!
