Is it really Halloween already? Time flies when you're having fun! Since closing Addams Family last fall, Derek has been traveling around the world with wife and two amazing kids, all while documenting it on Instagram. When he isn't directing shows or exploring another continent, Derek and his wife are running Pickleville Workshops (Pickleville's insanely fun summer camps).
