Pickleville's COVID-19 Plans & Policies

GENERAL INFORMATION

The health and safety of our guests and employees will always be our top priority. We've made numerous changes to our policies and procedures to ensure that your Pickleville experience is in compliance with recommendations from the Bear River Health Department and Utah government officials.

While you will inevitably notice some of these differences, we’re confident you’ll enjoy the same professional brand of family-fun you’ve been accustomed to experiencing over the past 44 Pickleville seasons! Below you’ll find an outline of the major changes you’ll see this season at the Playhouse:

TICKETS AND SEATING

 All separate ticket reservations will be placed in the theatre 6 feet apart.  To make sure that your group is able to sit together during the performance, you must purchase your tickets together on one single reservation.  We encourage family and friend groups who feel comfortable sitting together (up to 50 ppl) to reserve your tickets together in order to maximize your enjoyment and the theatre seating capacity. 

 There is a MINIMUM of 4 tickets per purchase due to decreased capacity and the implications of social distancing protocols.

Large groups (up to 50ppl) who want to sit together are encouraged! (50ppl max per reservation)

 The box office will assign seats to each reservation as close to the stage as possible according to the order it was received.

WILL-CALL, SEATING & CONCESSIONS PROTOCOL

 Due to the extra precautions we are taking, we anticipate that our seating process will be a bit more time-consuming.

 Please pick up your tickets at the Pickleville box office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled performance.  There will be separate ticketing lines in order to minimize contact.

 After picking up your tickets, you will be asked to remain outside the theatre until your group name is called and invited in for seating.

 Groups will be seated one at a time with minimal contact.

 Concessions will be sold outside the theatre before the show and during intermission.  Multiple concession lines and appropriate spacing will be applied according to Utah’s prescribed regulations.

 Contactless payment is encouraged.  Proper sanitization procedures will be applied between transactions.

DINNER/PICKLEVILLE GRILL 2020

Decisions are still being made regarding what will happen at the Pickleville Grill this summer.  Please check back soon or join our email list to be notified as soon as info is available!

OTHER PRECAUTIONS

 Pickleville will follow Utah’s guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitization of facilities.

 Visible signage will encourage attendees to stand at least 6 feet apart when in common areas.

 In compliance with the state of Utah’s recommendations, we encourage the wearing of masks.

 We discourage those with compromised health, or who are considered "high risk" for COVID-19 from attending performances this summer.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

POSTPONEMENT OF PETER PAN

Because of decreased seating capacity, we were forced to put our production of “Peter Pan” on hold until a future season.  But don’t fret … Pickleville will be revisiting Neverland soon enough!

EXCHANGE/CANCELATION POLICY

If you have a reservations for dinner or a performance that has been canceled due to COVID-19, we have already attempted to contact you in order to help you exchange or refund your tickets. If you haven’t heard from us and your show has been canceled, please call us at (435) 946-2918 so that we can help get things taken care of!

For all other reservations, our cancelation policy remains the same. No cancelations or refunds will be issued for reservations of under 20 tickets. Exchanges for another performance may be granted for equal or lesser-priced seats (availability permitting) by contacting our box office at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled performance.
