While Pickleville encourages families to attend together, children under age 5 are strongly discouraged from attending the shows. If you are unable to make other arrangements, we ask that you inform our box office staff at the time of your reservation so that we can find you a seat with easy access to the lobby. Please be courteous to your fellow audience members by coming immediately to the lobby with children who may be fussy or fidgety. Children ages 3-11 must pay for their own seat in the show.
In order to exchange tickets for a different performance or receive a refund on a cancelled reservation, you must notify the box office of your cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the scheduled performance. No exceptions.
With our “B Seating” ticket prices as low as $22, we strive to make attending our shows as affordable as possible and therefore do not offer any additional discounts.
1) The number of people in your party separated into: adults and children* (3-11yrs).
2) A Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date and cvv (verification) code.
We cannot accept any other credit cards (ie Discover, Amex etc).
A .50 handling fee will be added to each show ticket. Sales tax will also be added to each order.
After you have made your purchase (either online or via telephone), your tickets will be available under your name in the theatre box office on the evening of your performance.
When selecting your seats online, please do not leave single seats wherever possible. If you DO leave single seats when selecting your seats you will usually get an error message saying that you have left a single seat. We reserve the right to change your seating selection without permission in cases where single seats can be avoided.
There are several situations where tickets become available last minute for a performance that is sold out. Also, we do occasionally have a few "house" seats that are held until the day of the show. Call our box office at (435) 946-2918 for info.
