Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer group, senior or military discounts?

We love accommodating large groups at our shows! However, due to limited seating capacity and an increasing demand for tickets, we are not offering any group, senior, or military discounts at this time.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

For reservations of 20+ tickets: Cancelations and exchanges are permitted only when the box office is notified at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled performance.

For all other reservations: Cancelations and exchanges are permitted only when the box office is notified at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance.

What is your child policy?

While we love seeing families at our shows, children under the age of 5 are strongly discouraged from attending. If you are unable to make other arrangements, we ask that you please call our box office when making your reservation to ensure you find a seat with easy access to the lobby. Box Office Phone: (435) 964-2918

Additionally, please be courteous to your fellow audience members by coming immediately to the lobby with children who may be fussy or fidgety. Children ages 3+ must pay for their own seat in the show.

What time is dinner?

Dinner is served at 6:00 on all dates with an evening performance scheduled. For those attending a 7:30 show, please arrive for dinner at 6:00. If you are attending a 4:30 show, you will attend dinner immediately after the performance.

Do you have gluten-free dinner options?

The Pickleville Grill can accommodate most common food allergies and dietary preferences, including: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, etc. As you order your food, please let the staff know what accommodations you need and they will be happy to assist you.

Are your shows family friendly?

Absolutely! While “family friendly” means something different for each individual, here at Pickleville we do our best to make our productions appropriate for audience members of all ages.

How long are your shows?

The runtime of our shows is typically between 2 hours and 2 hours and 15 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.

When will I get my tickets?

All tickets are printed in our box office and held at will-call for your convenience.  Please pick them up on the day of your scheduled performance, 30 minutes before curtain. In case of any confusion, please be prepared to show your confirmation email at pick up.

Is your theater wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our theater has a limited number of wheelchair accessible seating. To reserve wheelchair seating, please call our box office at (435) 946-2918.

Can I bring my child’s car seat/stroller?

As a safety precaution, obstructions of any kind are not allowed in the aisle during our shows.

What if I’m late for a show?

Reserved seating will be held until the show begins, after which alternate seating may be assigned. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the discretion of management so as to not disrupt the performers and those already in attendance.

What does “surcharge” mean on my reciept?

A $0.50 handling fee is applied to each show ticket (online or via phone). Sales tax is also added to each order. You’ll see these charges included together as “surcharge” on your receipt.

What info should I have before making a reservation?

1) The number of people in your party, separated into: children (ages 3-11) and adults (ages 12+).

2) A Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date and CVV (verification code).

We cannot accept any other credit cards (i.e. Discover, Amex, etc).
